What is a campaign pack?
A campaign pack is a complete set of marketing content for a single listing, including listing descriptions (short & long), social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), email templates (Just Listed, Open House, Just Sold), SMS follow-up scripts, and video script blurbs.
What happens if I use more packs than my plan includes?
Paid plans include overage billing so you're never blocked. If you exceed your monthly pack limit, additional packs are charged at your plan's overage rate ($5/pack for Starter, $4/pack for Pro, $3/pack for Agency). Free users must upgrade to generate more packs.
Do unused packs roll over to the next month?
No, pack allowances reset at the start of each billing period. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical monthly volume, and overage pricing ensures you're never blocked during busy months.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, and you can always downgrade to the Free plan.
What AI models do you use?

Can I edit the generated content?
